Why I love this recipe
I love this recipe because it is so easy to make and is a great healthy alternative to sugary fruit juice and softdrinks. You can easily adjust the portions to make a larger batch for a party or for yourself to drink later on.
I like mine with a subtle sweet taste to it. I don’t make it too sweet. The burst of sweetness comes from biting into the berries as you finish your drink. It has been very hot lately over the Australian summer. I’ve been cooling down with this quick refreshing drink.
